Justin Cottrell is a Florida licensed Attorney, Founding Partner at Grant Cottrell, PLLC. and a Founding Partner of Cottrell Title.

After spending over a decade in the real estate closing industry, Justin knows what creates an excellent closing experience – and it is not necessarily fresh-baked cookies, a fancy conference room, or the latest technology. Rather it’s genuinely caring – and building a team that cares – about the buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders and their journey during the home buying and selling process. It’s continuously thinking about how he would want the closing process handled if on the other side of the transaction. It’s incessantly searching for and finding ways to improve. It’s striving to become better today than yesterday. And it’s providing his team the resources and guidance today, to become better tomorrow.

Justin and his beautiful wife Kassy have lived in Naples since 2007. They are blessed with 4 crazy, fantastic children, and they love being a part of this community. They do their best to break away from the household chaos as much as possible to go to concerts and travel.

Justin holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), a Law degree (Juris Doctor) from Shepard Broad College of Law – Nova Southeastern University, and a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Martín Nestares is the Vice President of Closings at Cottrell Title.

As a former litigator with extensive courtroom experience, Martín understands the potential risks and pitfalls that may arise in real estate transactions.  Martín helps buyers, sellers, and real estate agents throughout the real estate transaction to have a successful closing.  Martín’s ability to problem solve and think outside the box has been valuable to ensure successful real estate transactions for all parties involved.  Born and raised in Argentina, Martín has the bilingual ability and cultural understanding to help promote customers’ goals nationally and internationally.

Martín is married to his high school sweetheart and together they have 2 wonderful children.  In his free time, Martín enjoys spending time outdoors.

Martín attended the University of Maryland School of Law where he was awarded the Order of the Barristers for excellence in trial and appellate advocacy. And has a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Washington Adventist University.

He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Collier County Bar Association – Real Estate and Young Lawyers Section. His Professional Awards and Honors include the Order of the Barristers.

Adam Bleggi is the Vice President of Closings at Cottrell Title & Escrow.

Cottrell Title & Escrow is thrilled to welcome Attorney Adam Bleggi to our team. Adam will serve in a leadership capacity as Vice President of Closings. He has built an impeccable reputation in Southwest Florida with more than a decade of experience managing real estate transactions. Adam’s diligence and client focus, alongside his expertise with closings, will provide a tremendous resource to our realtors and buyers & sellers in our community. Adam has a unique perspective as a former realtor and litigator who understands all aspects of complex real estate transactions.

Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Adam has been in Southwest Florida since 2004. He cherishes time with family and is a proud Dad to four beautiful children. Adam is an avid golf and tennis player who enjoys being a TV & Movie buff. Welcome to Cottrell Adam, we are ecstatic having you on our team!

Adam attended The University of Toledo, graduating cum laude in Organizational Development and Management with a minor in Business Law. Adam received his Juris Doctor in 2011 from the University of Akron School of Law.

Tina Razzano is the Vice President of Operations (Processing, Order Entry, and Office Management).

Tina joined the Cottrell Team in 2018, where she has used her background in Real Estate and Management to jump into the world of Title Insurance.  She keeps the team on their toes while managing operations and the full-cycle of the real estate transaction, from the receipt of the Purchase Contract to the closing table.  She encourages fun in the office, celebrates often, and she takes pride in being able to combine efficiency, organization, and professionalism with enthusiasm and excitement.

Born and raised on the East Coast of Florida, in 2002 she married her high school sweetheart, received an undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2003, and a Master’s degree from Florida International University in 2005.  She and her husband are raising their four children in Naples, FL where they stay busy with all sorts of middle school and high school sports and activities.  The personal aspect of a Real Estate closing is very important to Tina, always reminding us that “each closing represents not just another property, but someone’s investment, someone’s dream, someone’s home.”
