Founded by attorney Justin Cottrell, Cottrell Title has been providing quality title and escrow services for over a decade.
We are headquartered in Naples, FL and proudly service Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Captiva and all of Lee County.
We handle every aspect of real estate closings for agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders and issue title insurance policies. Our team understands our mission, which is to make sure all parties involved in the transaction feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire closing process.

Justin Cottrell
Justin Cottrell is a Florida licensed Attorney, Founding Partner at Grant Cottrell Miller-Meyers, PLLC. and a Founding Partner of Cottrell Title & Escrow.
After spending over a decade in the real estate closing industry, Justin knows what creates an excellent closing experience – and it is not necessarily fresh-baked cookies, a fancy conference room, or the latest technology. Rather it’s genuinely caring – and building a team that cares – about the buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders and their journey during the home buying and selling process. It’s continuously thinking about how he would want the closing process handled if on the other side of the transaction. It’s incessantly searching for and finding ways to improve. It’s striving to become better today than yesterday. And it’s providing his team the resources and guidance today, to become better tomorrow.
Justin and his beautiful wife Kassy have lived in Naples since 2007. They are blessed with 4 crazy, fantastic children, and they love being a part of this community. They do their best to break away from the household chaos as much as possible to go to concerts and travel.
Law School
Justin holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), a Law degree (Juris Doctor) from Shepard Broad College of Law – Nova Southeastern University, and a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Martín Nestares
Vice President of Closings
Martín Nestares
Martín Nestares is the Vice President of Closings at Cottrell Title & Escrow.
As a former litigator with extensive courtroom experience, Martín understands the potential risks and pitfalls that may arise in real estate transactions. Martín helps buyers, sellers, and real estate agents throughout the real estate transaction to have a successful closing. Martín’s ability to problem solve and think outside the box has been valuable to ensure successful real estate transactions for all parties involved. Born and raised in Argentina, Martín has the bilingual ability and cultural understanding to help promote customers’ goals nationally and internationally.
Martín is married to his high school sweetheart and together they have 2 wonderful children. In his free time, Martín enjoys spending time outdoors.
Education
Martín attended the University of Maryland School of Law where he was awarded the Order of the Barristers for excellence in trial and appellate advocacy. And has a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Washington Adventist University.

He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Collier County Bar Association – Real Estate and Young Lawyers Section. His Professional Awards and Honors include the Order of the Barristers.

Adam Bleggi is the Vice President of Closings at Cottrell Title & Escrow.
Cottrell Title & Escrow is thrilled to welcome Attorney Adam Bleggi to our team. Adam will serve in a leadership capacity as Vice President of Closings. He has built an impeccable reputation in Southwest Florida with more than a decade of experience managing real estate transactions.
Adam’s diligence and client focus, alongside his expertise with closings, will provide a tremendous resource to our realtors and buyers & sellers in our community. Adam has a unique perspective as a former realtor and litigator who understands all aspects of complex real estate transactions.
Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Adam has been in Southwest Florida since 2004. He cherishes time with family and is a proud Dad to four beautiful children. Adam is an avid golf and tennis player who enjoys being a TV & Movie buff. Welcome to Cottrell Adam, we are ecstatic having you on our team!

Adam attended The University of Toledo, graduating cum laude in Organizational Development and Management with a minor in Business Law. Adam received his Juris Doctor in 2011 from the University of Akron School of Law.

With nearly 20 years of Consultative Sales and Marketing leadership and success, Eric Nagel is committed to passionately leading Cottrell’s revenue goals while bringing genuine care, dedication, and energy to helping our team, clients, and customers achieve an outstanding Closing Experience.
Eric's commitment to providing best in class service is consistently rewarded with the many stories of exceptional feedback that our realtors, buyers, and sellers share. This ability to earn the real estate community’s trust in Cottrell is what fuels Eric and his devotion to Cottrell's growth.
Away from the office, Eric enjoys time with family as a husband and loving dad to two beautiful children. His spare time indulgences include sports (go Noles!), music (Bruce Springsteen, U2, The Beatles, 80's-90's Rock), cooking, reading, and fitness during his spare time.

Tina Razzano
Tina Razzano is the Vice President of Operations (Processing, Order Entry, and Office Management).
Tina joined the Cottrell Team in 2018, where she has used her background in Real Estate and Management to jump into the world of Title Insurance. She keeps the team on their toes while managing operations and the full-cycle of the real estate transaction, from the receipt of the Purchase Contract to the closing table. She encourages fun in the office, celebrates often, and she takes pride in being able to combine efficiency, organization, and professionalism with enthusiasm and excitement.
Born and raised on the East Coast of Florida, in 2002 she married her high school sweetheart, received an undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2003, and a Master’s degree from Florida International University in 2005. She and her husband are raising their four children in Naples, FL where they stay busy with all sorts of middle school and high school sports and activities. The personal aspect of a Real Estate closing is very important to Tina, always reminding us that “each closing represents not just another property, but someone’s investment, someone’s dream, someone’s home.”

She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and strives to provide them with the best closing experience. As a Senior Closer at Cottrell Title & Escrow, she provides training and support to her fellow closers and serves as a crucial link between our management and closing teams.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys cooking and spending time with her dog and family. She works remotely and lives in Gainesville, FL, but lived in Southwest Florida for about 5 years where she got her start with Cottrell Title & Escrow.

Courtenay Porter
Courtenay Porter is a Real Estate Closing Specialist joining the Cottrell team in 2020 and quickly knew she had found her forever home. Her years of experience in event planning and community outreach matched well with the Cottrell Closing Experience, helping her to usher clients through the process feeling comfortable and confident that all the fine details are in order. Realtors and Lenders alike appreciate how Courtenay’s caring nature and attention to detail make the closing process pain-free for their clients.
When not “nerding out” on title insurance with her beloved Cottrell colleagues, Courtenay can be found teaching yoga, volunteering for the Marine Resources Council, swimming or surfing in the ocean, and spending time with her partner, Bryan, and their English Bulldog, Gunner.

Chelsea Kiley
Chelsea Kiley is a Real Estate Closing Specialist and Florida licensed title agent at Cottrell Title & Escrow. Her background in real estate and medical office management helps her provide the best customer service to our clients and makes her a valuable part of the closing team. What she likes most about her role at Cottrell are the opportunities to build relationships with our partners in real estate and grow within the company. A transplant from Loganville, Georgia, Chelsea has made Southwest Florida her home for the last 10 years. Chelsea and her husband take advantage of all that Florida has to offer – whether boating, spending time outdoors, or relaxing with her pup named Chloe and pig named Tilly.

Julie Johnson
Julie Johnson is the Office Administrator at Cottrell Title & Escrow. She is the first point of contact for buyers and sellers. She helps buyers and sellers to stay focused and on track throughout the entire process, often calming nerves and reassuring them everything is running smoothly while gathering pertinent information for the upcoming closing. Her compassionate energy is a valuable part of our team. She likes most to know she has helped someone through a very complicated and stressful process with ease. Originally from Rochester, NY, she has lived in Naples for 24 years. She graduated from SUNY Cortland in 1988 and is a 5 time All American in track and field.

Rosa Hernandez
Rosa Hernandez is a Processor at Cottrell Title & Escrow. Her responsibilities include working with clients and real estate agents to gather information for smooth closing. Her background in customer service makes her a valuable part of the closing team. What she likes most about her role at Cottrell is being able to provide cheerful assistance for a great closing experience. Rosa was born in Texas, but raised in Southwest Florida – her home for the last 29 years. She graduated from Lely High School. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book, spending time with friends & family or watching Lionel Messi play soccer.

Emerson McClain
Emerson is a Processor with our closing team. As a recent grad, Emerson brings great energy and enthusiasm to the office. He is looking forward to helping our agents, buyers, and sellers.
Emerson was born and raised in Maryland and attended college in Southwest Michigan where he received a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Horticulture with an emphasis in agricultural development from Andrews University. While at AU, Emerson was a member of the gymnastics team, and served as class president as well as an officer for the Women’s Empowerment Association.
Emerson lives in Naples with his wife, Jasmine, and his two cats, Ginger and Charlie. During his free time, Emerson enjoys training Brazilian Jit-Jitsu, cooking, spending time with family, and watching Survivor.

Ginny Clark has enjoyed a career as a Real Estate Signing Specialist in the title field for the past 4 years. Beyond her skill in our in-office client meetings, she is also a forerunner in remote online notary signings in Southwest Florida. Ginny is an integral part of our closing process and consistently makes sure to provide exceptional service to every client she meets.
Ginny is a Naples native who is a dedicated soccer mom to three beautiful kids. When Ginny is not working, she enjoys being on the beach with a cold beverage and trying new foods.
