Courtenay Porter is a Real Estate Closing Specialist joining the Cottrell team in 2020 and quickly knew she had found her forever home. Her years of experience in event planning and community outreach matched well with the Cottrell Closing Experience, helping her to usher clients through the process feeling comfortable and confident that all the fine details are in order. Realtors and Lenders alike appreciate how Courtenay’s caring nature and attention to detail make the closing process pain-free for their clients.

When not “nerding out” on title insurance with her beloved Cottrell colleagues, Courtenay can be found teaching yoga, volunteering for the Marine Resources Council, swimming or surfing in the ocean, and spending time with her partner, Bryan, and their English Bulldog, Gunner.

Chelsea Kiley is a Real Estate Closing Specialist and Florida licensed title agent at Cottrell Title.  Her background in real estate and medical office management helps her provide the best customer service to our clients and makes her a valuable part of the closing team.  What she likes most about her role at Cottrell are the opportunities to build relationships with our partners in real estate and grow within the company.  A transplant from Loganville, Georgia, Chelsea has made Southwest Florida her home for the last 10 years.  Chelsea and her husband take advantage of all that Florida has to offer – whether boating, spending time outdoors, or relaxing with her pup named Chloe and pig named Tilly.

Kelly Porter is a Closer at Cottrell Title, LLC with over 10 years of experience in the title and escrow industry. She is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and steady approach to guiding transactions through closing.

Kelly lives in Gainesville, Florida with her husband and four dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and prioritizing a healthy work-life balance.

Jenna brings extensive real estate experience to her role as Closing Specialist, having served as a Transaction Manager for two top-performing real estate teams.

A licensed Florida real estate agent since 2016, she has a well-rounded background and a true passion for managing and coordinating transactions, a strength that shines in her work. Already two months in, she has contributed to Cottrell and is positively impacting the clients we serve.

Originally from a small town in Upstate New York, Jenna moved to Southwest Florida in 2007 and spent 10 fulfilling years at home raising her two children, Nadia and John. She is deeply committed to building strong relationships with both clients and teammates and brings a driven, positive energy to everything she does.

James Schlimmer is a Closing Specialist at Cottrell Title, bringing a strong background in finance and accounting to ensure every transaction is handled with precision and professionalism.

With expertise in compliance, analysis, and client communication, James delivers smooth closings while keeping clients informed and confident throughout the process. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, he takes pride in creating an exceptional closing experience.

Outside of work, James enjoys golfing, reading, and spending quality time with his family.

As a true Naples native, Lessly has grown up watching Southwest Florida transform and now she’s proud to help others plant their own roots here. With a background spanning hospitality, real estate, title work, and closing coordination, she brings a rare blend of precision, warmth, and enthusiasm to every transaction she touches. Known for her organization, accuracy, and calm approach, she has a talent for turning even the most intricate closing details into a seamless and stress-free experience. Lessly values the meaningful relationships built throughout each transaction and takes pride in offering exceptional support to agents, lenders, and homeowners alike. She pairs her deep local insight with a genuine passion for service, ensuring every client receives clear guidance, timely communication, and a smooth journey from contract to closing.

Beyond the office, she can be found making memories with family and friends often out on the water, indulging in exciting culinary adventures throughout Southwest Florida and beyond, or traveling the world in search of her next great experience.

Ginny Clark has over eight years of experience in the real estate and title industry and is known for keeping signings smooth, organized, and stress-free. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service make her a trusted part of every transaction.

Recognized for her creativity and community involvement, Ginny has won multiple industry competitions, including Trunk or Treat and the NABOR Symposium. She has proudly used those wins to support and donate to several charitable organizations, reflecting her commitment to giving back.

Outside the office, Ginny— a Naples native and mom of four—can, usually be found at the beach, out on the boat, fishing, or heading to concerts whenever she gets the chance. She brings the same energy, passion, and a personal touch to everything she does.

Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Jaxon joined Cottrell in June of 2025. With a strong background in sales, he is excited to serve our Agents and team as a Business Development Representative while also assisting our customers with their signings.

In his free time, he continues to enjoy the place he knows as home. Whether that be going out on the boat, working on a car, or simply getting together with his longtime friends.

Jaxon is a great aspect of our team, and we are glad to have him aboard.

Julie Johnson is the Office Administrator at Cottrell Title. She is the first point of contact for buyers and sellers. She helps buyers and sellers to stay focused and on track throughout the entire process, often calming nerves and reassuring them everything is running smoothly while gathering pertinent information for the upcoming closing. Her compassionate energy is a valuable part of our team. She likes most to know she has helped someone through a very complicated and stressful process with ease. Originally from Rochester, NY, she has lived in Naples for 24 years. She graduated from SUNY Cortland in 1988 and is a 5 time All American in track and field.

David Hall (DH), recently joined the Cottrell Title team after relocating from Austin, Texas to Naples. New to the title industry, DH was drawn to Cottrell’s heart-based leadership, strong family values, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

With a background in marketing, sales, and project management at a Fortune 40 company, along with years of experience as a life coach, DH brings a solution-oriented and client-focused mindset to his role. He is focused on learning the end-to-end title process, while supporting the closing team and overall business operations.
